How to Use 

How to Use 

  • Place the B-SELFIE Bio-Sculpt High-Definition Thermal Mud pouch in warm water for a few minutes not exceeding 39 degrees Celsius.

  • Apply the mud to the areas to be treated, avoiding contact with metallic objects.

  • Wrap with cling film and wear plastic trousers.

 

  • Leave it on for 20 to 40 minutes, ensuring the treated areas are kept at a constant temperature (use a blanket if necessary).

 

  • After the allotted time, wash the treated areas using the showerhead from the bathtub or shower. For rinsing, alternate between warm and cold water on the treated areas, repeating the process several times.

  • After having cleansed the skin, we recommend applying B-SELFIE Bio-Sculpt High-Definition Body Cream.
